EXAMPLE 1: 40-N force is applied to a 20kg block resting on a horizontal frictionless table. Find the acceleration?
Solution


Example2: Now place the 20kg mass (with no external force applied) on a frictionless 50° incline plane. What is the
acceleration of the mass?
